Buying your home can be extremely stressful. We will apply for searches from the local authority and water authority (wherever necessary) and report to you on the findings. The search reports provide vital information about the property you are purchasing and the surrounding areas.

We will also advise you in relation to your mortgage if you are obtaining one and detail the key terms of your loan and your obligations to the bank.
