Farzana qualified as a solicitor in April 2004. She joined Saracens in February 2014 and heads up the Saracens family department. In September 2018 she became a partner in recognition of her hard work, commitment and passion.
She has over 14 years’ experience in family law and has dealt with a wide range of cases including; divorce, financial, drafting pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements, nullity, judicial separation, domestic violence (Non-Molestation and Occupation Orders), children matters including child arrangements orders for contact and residence, prohibited step orders, specific issue orders, adoption and cohabitation agreements. She has represented a lot of fathers in contact matters.
Farzana primarily manages complex cases involving the separation and divorce of high-net-worth individuals with multi-million pounds assets. She handles all cases in a compassionate and sensitive manner, in order to minimise the stress that her clients are often already under, and with the utmost discretion. Farzana prides herself on truly listening to the needs of her clients and her approach is always professional. She speaks Urdu, Punjabi and Hindi.
When not dealing with clients and looking after their needs, Farzana enjoys drawing, reading and watching films. She also undertakes some voluntary work for an organisation called Rights of Women.
