David is a Consultant Solicitor in the Litigation department and specialises in complex commercial disputes, shareholder disputes and civil fraud across a range of sectors, particularly financial services.
Based in London, David has considerable experience in heavyweight litigation, professional negligence, regulatory disputes and public inquiries. Having acted on behalf of large international banks, FTSE 100 listed companies, individual shareholders and small business owners, David tailors his approach to meet the needs of his clients. David provides clear, timely advice to his clients and progresses matters cost efficiently.
Leveraging an entrepreneurial background, David is commercially minded and able to contextualise a client’s objectives within a legal framework.
Achievements and Accolades
David holds an undergraduate degree in History, and a master’s in Holocaust and Genocide studies from the University of Birmingham. He also completed a master’s in Law and Business Management whilst studying at the University of Law.

David trained at Charles Russell Speechlys and qualified in 2020. He has since worked at some of the top firms in the country.
