Farzana specialises in family case, including but not limited to, divorces, pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements, child custody, judicial separation, non-molestation and occupation orders, prohibited step orders, specific issue orders, adoption and cohabitation agreements. With over 20 years of experience in her field, she has managed a high number of complex cases involving high net worth individuals. She prides herself in putting 100% effort on each individual case to get the best result for her clients. Every case is approached in a compassionate and sensitive manner in order to help alleviate the high levels of stress her clients are often under.

Farzana is a member of Family Resolution and the Law Society’s Family Law Panel. Further she is a member of WIBN & Fabulous Networking Group. She has been featured in the Good Lawyer Guide, The Telegraph and in the Executive She Magazine. Over the years, she has been put up for multiple awards, including the Rising Star/Emerging Leader award with Forward Ladies, Finalist for the Women of the Year Award 2023 as well as the Finalist for The British Family Law Awards 2024 in the category of the Family Lawyer of the Year. Farzana has written and published a book called “Divorce: Know The Score” which can be purchased on Amazon. She is also fluent in Urdu, Punjabi and Hindi.

History

Farzana qualified as a solicitor in 2004. She joined the Saracens team in February 2014 and headed up the Family Department. She was made a director in 2018 after showing her hard work commitment and passion to her job.

In her free time, Farzana enjoys drawing, reading, and partaking in volunteer work for an organisation called Rights of Women.
