With more than 20 years of experience, Farzana regularly assists clients with divorce proceedings, financial remedy applications, pre-nuptial agreements, post-nuptial agreements, cohabitation agreements and judicial separation matters. She also advises on child custody disputes, child arrangements, prohibited steps orders, specific issue orders, adoption matters and parental responsibility issues.

Farzana qualified as a solicitor in 2004 and has dedicated her career to family law. She joined Saracens Solicitors in 2014 to lead the Family Department and was appointed Director in 2018 in recognition of her leadership, commitment and contribution to the firm’s continued growth.
