Her experience spans strategic negotiations, cross-border transactions, legal due diligence, compliance advisory, contract management, and regulatory risk mitigation.

Parastu has worked extensively on complex cross-border transactions involving the UAE, GCC, and European markets, including acquisitions, mergers, joint ventures, carve-outs, and corporate restructurings. She has advised clients across diverse industries including oil & gas, healthcare, industrials, construction, trading, and technology.

As a certified compliance professional, she has assisted organisations in establishing practical and commercially focused compliance frameworks tailored to their operational and regulatory needs.
