Kerry is a Compliance Associate in the real estate department, she specialises in residential conveyancing. She has worked in the industry for over twenty years, and the step to compliance and file auditing felt like a natural progression for her.
Kerry has hands on experience working in a law office for the best part of her adult life. She first achieved five qualifications in Information Technology, A Level Advanced Mathematics and Physiology & Health before commencing training as a paralegal in Residential Conveyancing.
Kerry started her working career in the Merchant Navy before deciding that a life at sea was not for her. She took a number of years off to have a family and then went back into further education for three years. She could see that the world was changing very fast, particularly with technology, and knew that if she wanted to keep up then she would need to educate herself in future technology. Kerry began her property career in property auctions, and found her fit. Within three years, she had moved to a legal firm, starting as a trainee conveyancer and quickly progressing to a Residential Conveyancer.
Kerry’s family is her main hobby. She is a mum to one, step-mum to three and nannie to three (currently!). She loves to cook and drag out her cook books weekly to ‘guineapig’ her poor family on some culinary dish that she generally reinvents. Once a month or so, Kerry likes to do something arty, either painting or pottery class.
