She specialises in cross-border transactions, corporate structuring, commercial contracting, real estate transactions, and regulatory advisory.

Rajvi has held senior in-house and private practice roles, including leadership positions with multinational and high-growth businesses, where she has led complex transactions, IPO-related work, and strategic legal initiatives. She is recognised for her commercially focused approach, strong negotiation capabilities, and expertise in managing multi-jurisdictional legal matters.
Outside of work, Rajvi is a commercial artist and a freelance content writer.
