Salima is the Head of Real Estate at the firm. Leading the property team at Saracens she provides guidance, supervision and mentorship. Salima also oversees compliance, quality standards and risk management within the department and works closely with the wider management team on departmental growth.
History
Salima qualified as a solicitor in 1998 and has over two and a half decades of post qualification experience in all matters of residential property transactions, light commercial, bridging finance, equity release, right to buy and statutory and informal lease extension work. Her early years were spent at a firm, now a Legal 500, where she learnt the ropes of conveyancing and discovered her passion for property work.
Salima has worked with a wide spectrum of clients, from first time buyers to ultra-high net worth to include celebrities, international clients and limited companies.
She has held the position of Partner and Head of Property at previous law firms as well as being the Money Laundering Reporting Officer and Senior Responsible Officer for the Conveyancing Quality Scheme.

Outside of work, Salima enjoys spending time with her family, friends and her cavapoo Ziggy. She thoroughly enjoys the magic of theatre, weekend breaks, concerts and Zumba classes.
