Sehira is an Associate in the real estate department at Saracens. She is a dual-qualified solicitor of England & Wales and India.

Her work in commercial property law includes commercial leases, licenses, sales, purchases, due diligences on a share purchase/sale transaction or asset purchase/sale transaction.

She also has expertise in corporate matters including corporate due diligence, mergers & acquisitions, Shareholders Agreement, Articles of Association, Share Purchase Agreement, Asset Purchase Agreement, Loan Document, Transfer of property from individual to company.

She has also worked extensively on commercial contracts such as Franchise Agreement, LLP Agreement, Collaboration Agreement, Manufacturing Agreement, Call and Put Option Agreement, Licensing Agreement, Services Agreement, Marketing Agreement, Distribution Agreement, Tender Documents, Consulting Agreements, Guarantees, Indemnities.

Sehira has received several gold medals, awards and scholarships for securing the highest grades in the University during her law degree. She also received the Best Student Trophy and certificates of merit from her University and was a member of the student council. She was also an active alumni participant in activities such as judging Moot Court competitions and teaching as guest lecturer. More recently she was awarded Personality of the Year in 2022 and 2023 at her previous law firm

Sehira qualified as a solicitor of England & Wales in 2022 and was already practicing as an Indian solicitor before that. She has worked with large multinational clients on their international corporate, real estate, employment and intellectual property transactions including the following:

· Mergers & acquisitions, Joint Venture Agreement, Shareholders Agreement, Share Purchase Agreement, Asset Purchase Agreement

· Employment agreements, handbooks, policies, termination documentation, dispute resolution advice, employee stock option documentation

· Real estate acquisition and development projects

· Registration of intellectual property, license and assignment agreements, infringement and passing off action

Since transitioning into English law practice, her focus is on commercial property, corporate and commercial transactions.

In her spare time, Sehira enjoys painting, visiting art galleries, yoga, meditation, Pilates, Bollywood dance and Zumba – she is a qualified Zumba instructor.
