Both of these can form part of the evidence if you later need to go to court so it’s important that you word it carefully. We can help with this when acting as your divorce solicitor in London.
Saracens Solicitors can help you take inventory of anything that might be part of the divorce settlement – this means assets, investments, bank accounts and property. We can also help if there are children involved. You will need to make arrangements for residency, contact and maintenance.

There are some fees to pay during the divorce process. We can pay these for you but this is on top of any fees. We can let you know what the basic costs are before you start. It’s difficult to predict exactly how much it will cost in complex cases but some fees are set, such as the filing fee for divorce which currently stands at £550 (March, 2018).
