Practice Area

Zama is a Consultant Solicitor in both the commercial and residential real estate departments. She deals with all residential matters such as freehold, leasehold, new build, shared ownership, new builds, transfer of equity, deed of variation and transfer of part, (sales, purchases and re-mortgages). She also specialises in the commercial aspects such as bridging finance, auction sales and purchases, granting leases, licences to assign, rent deposit deeds, business purchases and back to back sale, S106 reports and overage agreement and exclusivity agreements. Zama acts for a variety of domestic and international clients from first time home buyers to property developers, surveyors, lender’s, institutional investors, retailers, landlords and tenants.

Achievements and Accolades

Zama regularly partakes in charity events to raise money for causes she is passionate about, such as the London Half Marathon. She also partakes in Kurdish community events.

History

Zama graduated from Brunel university with an LLB Law with professional a placement in 2012. She completed the LPC course in 2013. She then worked as a criminal defence paralegal and Trainee Solicitor at Faradays Solicitors and went on to complete her Traineeship in Property in 2017 at LMK Law. Zara continued to build her legal career with roles at Axiom Stone Solicitors and SA Law, before joining Saracens Solicitors in 2020.

In her spare time, Zama enjoys cleaning and organising her home, taking walks in the park and travelling abroad to exotic destinations.
