Saracens Solicitors are seeking an experienced, positive and energetic Litigation/Dispute Resolution solicitor to join our team. The role will involve supporting the Senior Partner and conducting general and commercial civil litigation work. The successful candidates will be a qualified solicitor who can demonstrate 2-3 years post qualification experience in this area of law. They must be able to manage and handle a wide variety of cases in a busy litigation department.
Candidates must be commercially focused, have excellent communication skills, have an ability to work independently with minimal supervision, and, have a flair for negotiation and relationship building. They must also be comfortable in providing independent advice. Candidates will ideally demonstrate a willingness and ability to get involved in marketing and developing the team. They will also have the ability to prioritise their own workload and work under pressure without supervision in a busy deadline driven environment.

Must be sufficiently experienced to take on a range of litigation work including but not limited to: Contract and commercial disputes, professional negligence, IP, defamation, employment law, landlord & tenant and mediation.
