Administrative Review

Entry clearance refusal under the Point Based System from outside the UK does not attract a full right of appeal. This also applies to a certain type of the in-country applications. However, both in-country and out-of-country applicants can request that a refusal be reviewed. Administrative review is a mechanism where the Home Office decides whether or not points have been correctly awarded.

Our immigration solicitors will be more than happy to review the refusal and advise you on the options available. This will allow you to make an informed decision as to whether or not you wish to apply for administrative review. There are strict time limits for administrative review applications, therefore if your application has been refused, it is important to obtain legal advice as soon as possible.
