Grounds for Divorce

In order to obtain a divorce you will need to show to the court that your marriage has broken down irretrievably. You can rely on one of five facts listed below to prove this:

1. Your husband or wife has committed adultery and you find it intolerable to live with them.

2. Your husband or wife has behaved in such a way that you can not be reasonably expected to live with them

3. Your husband or wife has deserted you for a continuous period of at least two years or more

4. You have lived separately from your husband or wife for a period of two or more years and you both agree to the divorce

5. You have lived separately from your husband or wife for a period of five or more years.

Even though I live outside of London I was happy I chose Saracens to help me with my divorce matter. It was important that I had solicitors whom I could trust and would deal with my case properly and get me the desired outcome
